I have always had a love and passion for all things hair and beauty. My first event was when I was twelve years old. I did ten of my family members hair and makeup for a wedding. They got so many compliments all night with people admiring my work that I decided I could have a good future in the beauty industry. I have been a professional hairstylist for over fifteen years. I have traveled all over the country to further my education in the craft of haircutting and hair coloring. I have really mastered the art of being a good colorist. I really enjoy the challenge of getting a new client in my chair who has struggled to find a stylist to get there color right, and within a few hours of working with me they have finally gotten the color they have always wanted. Making people look and feel their best is definitely one of the perks of my job.
My husband and I opened Evolve hair design in 2014. It has always been my dream to open my own salon. I wanted to create a space that was nurturing for the stylist to be their most creative selves. With the help of my husbands innovative designs and carpentry skills. We were able to create this amazing private boutique salon. The salon is a clean bright and modern space. This makes it super comfortable and relaxing for our clients. We also had a lighting specialist come in and customize the lighting to ensure our best work for both haircuts and color service.
I have worked in Marblehead for most of my career as a hairstylist, so I was thrilled to open my business right in the center of town right across from the iconic “Warwick theatre”. This town is so full of life and charm. I always loved the bustling community, and have built a fabulous clientele here. I was very excited to be able to create this salon and spa space to provide a place for my guests to get a real full service experience. We look forward to seeing you at Evolve soon!

Olga began her career in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, where she built a strong technical foundation and a passion for the beauty industry. After moving to the United States 20 years ago, she continued her journey at Beauty on the Beach in Revere, followed by LD Studio in Beverly Farms. For the past 10 years, Olga has been a proud member of the team at Evolve Hair Design. Throughout her career, she has attended numerous professional classes and advanced trainings, continually refining her techniques and expanding her expertise. Her long-standing clientele is a testament to her commitment, consistency, and the trust she has built over the years. Olga’s philosophy is simple: serve the client. After studying fashion design in Canada, she followed her passion back to the beauty industry—earning her cosmetology license in 2004.
Her early career included four years assisting at Dellaria on Newbury Street, where she gained advanced technical training and exposure to high-end salon culture. From there, she brought her fresh, fashion-forward style to the North Shore, blending city trends with personalized, client-focused service.

Hi, I’m Daisy! I’ve been a hairstylist for almost nine years, and in that time I’ve built a career rooted in creativity, dedication, and a genuine love for making people feel good. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing a client smile at their reflection when I’m finished—that moment ido what I do.
I began my journey at the Aveda Institute in Vermont, where I completed 1,500 hours of intensive training. Since then, I’ve owned my own business, deepened my technical skills, and continued to grow within an industry that I truly love. Product knowledge and attention to detail are two of my biggest strengths, and I bring that care and precision into every service I provide.
I enjoy all aspects of hairstyling, including men’s cuts, women’s cuts, and all types of color—from natural, soft blends to bold transformations. Recently, I’ve developed a new passion for hair extensions, giving clients the ability to achieve their dream hair in just one appointment.
